Yes, even if you checked out as a guest, you’re eligible for replacements. Simply provide your order number and email address to our customer support team and we’ll assist you with the replacement process.

 

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Yes, you can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.
